what the room
conceals.

A 10-day perceptual pilgrimage along Spain's Camino del Norte. Eight people. Ancient terrain. The Demartini Method — applied where it was always meant to be: in motion, in silence, in the open.

Not a wellness retreat. Not a coaching programme.
A systematic dissolution of the charges that cost you composure.

The walk does not decorate the facilitation.

Physical exhaustion lowers psychological defences. The landscape does half the facilitation. By the time you arrive each evening, something has already shifted — before the work formally begins.

What You Receive

The full offering.

Every element is designed to work together. The walk does not decorate the facilitation. The facilitation does not pause for the walk. They are one process.

Daily
Morning Walk in Silence
Each day opens with a question given at the trailhead. You carry it as you walk. No phones. No conversation. Just the question, the coast, and the movement of your body through space. By the time you arrive, something has already shifted.
Daily
Midday Teaching
A short teaching drawn from the Demartini Method, Jungian depth psychology, and the hermetic tradition — rendered in language your leadership can use on Monday morning. Each teaching maps to the terrain you walked that day. The landscape becomes the lesson.
Daily
Evening Facilitation
Group and individual Demartini Method facilitation. Specific people. Specific charges. Dissolved in real time — with witnesses. Physical exhaustion has already lowered your defences. The evening is where transformation becomes visible. You will see it happen in others. You will feel it happen in yourself.
Daily
Integration at the Table
Dinner together. Local wine. The kind of conversation that only happens when the distractions have been walked away. No agenda. No performance. Just eight people in northern Spain who have spent the day doing something real.
Closing
90-Day Application Plan
You do not leave with a memory. You leave with a documented perceptual shift for each relationship you worked on, and a concrete 90-day plan for applying the method in your leadership environment. The Camino ends. The work continues.
Ongoing
Alumni Circle
Hidden Camino alumni join a closed cohort that meets quarterly — virtually — for continued facilitation, peer accountability, and deepening application of the Demartini Method. Sam facilitates each session. The eight people who walked together do not simply go home. They remain a working group. Membership is for life, at no additional fee.

Sam Osborne.

Sam Osborne — Demartini Method Facilitator
Narrative

Sam was pulled in two directions as a kid. One was outward — toward space, toward what governs it, what holds it together. The other was inward — toward the patterns of human perception, emotion, and behaviour. He didn't know then that those were the same question.

Before the keynote stage, he was a school teacher, a professional beatboxer, a DJ, a living statue performer. He has held the attention of every kind of audience, under every kind of condition. He knows what it means to be physically present in something uncomfortable and find the order inside it.

He discovered the Demartini Method in 2014. Over the decade that followed, he attended the Breakthrough Experience multiple times — including April 2026. He has studied under John Demartini and is pursuing Master Facilitator designation. The Hidden Camino is the place where his deepest intellectual and physical interests converge: the hidden order of the psyche, revealed through the hidden order of an ancient road.

He will walk every kilometre with you. He will facilitate every evening. He will not ask you to go anywhere he has not been.

Intellectual lineage — Over a decade of study across Demartini Method, Anthroposophy, Jungian depth psychology, hermetic tradition, and initiatory practice — rendered as a unified forty-year inquiry into perception and transformation

Who this is for

Leaders in high-stakes roles — financial services, legal, healthcare, executive leadership — where specific relationships trigger reactivity that undermines composure, distorts judgment, or erodes credibility. People who have already done enough personal development to know that insight alone is not the limiting factor. The method is.

What this is not

Not a team building exercise. Not a fitness challenge. Not spiritual tourism. The Camino del Norte is one of Europe's most demanding coastal walks. You will be physically tired every evening. That is not incidental — it is the mechanism.

Physical preparation

Participants should be capable of walking 20–35 km per day on varied terrain. A preparation guide is provided upon acceptance. No hiking experience required — only the willingness to be physically present in what is uncomfortable.

Corporate sponsorship

Organisations may sponsor a participant's place. An invoice can be issued to your organisation. Indicate this in your application and we will accommodate the arrangement in the consultation call.

Common Questions

What to expect.

No — but you do need to be genuinely interested in the Demartini Method as a perceptual tool, not just as a curiosity. The application conversation will clarify whether the Hidden Camino is the right entry point, or whether a keynote or advisory engagement first would serve you better.

Significantly. Daily distances range from 8 km (day one) to 35 km (final day), with cumulative elevation gain and coastal terrain. You do not need to be an athlete, but you need to be in reasonable health and willing to prepare. A preparation programme is provided upon acceptance. Most participants find that the physical challenge is precisely the point — the body's exhaustion becomes the facilitation's greatest ally.

Quality pilgrim lodges and rural hotels along the route — selected for comfort, privacy, and the character of the landscape. Twin-share rooms (single supplement available upon request, subject to availability). All accommodation is included in the investment. Dinners together each evening are included. Lunches on the trail are at your own arrangement.

The Hidden Camino is designed for leaders who are already high-functioning and self-aware — people who have done enough work to know that motivation and insight alone are not the limiting factor. If you are new to structured facilitation, a one-on-one advisory engagement may be a better starting point.

A closed cohort of Hidden Camino participants that meets quarterly via video for continued facilitation, accountability, and application of the Demartini Method. Sam facilitates each session. The group that walked together becomes a permanent working group. Membership is for life — no additional fee.

Yes. Corporate sponsorship of a participant's place is available. An invoice can be issued to your organisation. Please indicate this in your application and we will accommodate the arrangement in the consultation call.

The Hidden Camino runs as an annual departure. The specific date is confirmed once the cohort of eight is assembled and a departure window is agreed upon. Express your interest and the logistics will be confirmed in the consultation call. Optimal walking season on the Camino del Norte is May–September.
